Note Do not try to disassemble your Xbox console in any way. If you try to dislodge a jammed disc tray yourself, this can potentially damage the game disc or console.

Note A small amount of noise is typical, especially when the tray is first opening or closing.

1.	Remove any discs from the tray if you can.
2.	Open and close the tray several times without discs inthe tray.
3.	If the sound continues, it may indicate a problem that requires Microsoft to repair the console.
