THINGS TO TRY
| 1. | Determine whether the issue has occurred more than one time. |
| 2. | Determine whether this is an Xbox Live issue. For example, does the issue only occur when you play the game on Xbox Live? |
| 3. | Determine whether the Xbox console is overheating. Make sure that nothing obstructs the console ventilation system. |
| 4. | Make sure that the Xbox console is set to the correct time and date. |
| 5. | Use a different Xbox game disc in the console to determine whether the original disc is faulty. |
| 6. | Try three different Xbox games in the Xbox console to flush the memory of the console. Try the original Xbox game again. |
| 7. | Remove all unnecessary accessories from the console, and then test the Xbox game again. |
| 8. | Try the Xbox game disc in another Xbox console. If you cannot try the Xbox game disc in another Xbox console, exchange the Xbox game disc at the retailer where you made the purchase. |
| 9. | Remove the saved game information from the hard drive, and then test the game again. |
