Xbox LIVE Compatible means that these providers and the Xbox team are working together to make it as easy as possible to connect to Xbox LIVE with a high-speed Internet connection. Other providers will be added to this Xbox Compatible list in the coming months. However, even if your provider is not listed here,your servicemay connect to Xbox LIVE and the provider may be added to the Xbox LIVE Compatible list soon.

Xbox LIVE works with most other high-speed Internet services provided through cable or DSL. We have collected some additional information about using Xbox LIVE with the providers listed below.

You may be able to connect to Xbox LIVE using AOL High-Speed Broadband DSL service. For more information, see the AOL DSL Network Settings FAQ. However, it is currently not possible to connect to Xbox LIVE using AOL High-Speed Broadband cable service. Please contact AOL High-Speed Broadband for more information and updates about this issue.
The performance of Xbox LIVE will vary depending on the different high-speed Internet services used and network conditions on the Internet. Also, Xbox LIVE does not work with all Internet service providers.
Dial-up (for example, 56K), ISDN, and satellite Internet services are not supported.
Depending on service and home network configuration, additional hardware may be required to connect.
