When you try to copy content from a CD, you may receive an error message. This article provides steps that you can try to resolve the problem.

SYMPTOMS

After you rip (copy) data from a CD to your Xbox 360 Hard Drive, you receive the following error message:
Ripping complete with errors.

CAUSE

One or more files were not successfully ripped to your console.

THINGS TO TRY

1. Eject the disc.
2. Clean the disc.

4. Try to rip the files again.
