Xbox LIVE Compatible ISPs
Xbox LIVE works with high-speed Internet service through a DSL or cable modem or a gateway (an integrated modem and router). The following high-speed Internet service providers (ISPs) support Xbox LIVE.
The Xbox LIVE Compatible designation signifies that an ISP is working with the Xbox team to make it as easy as possible for you to connect to Xbox LIVE. Additional providers are added over time, and even if your current high-speed Internet provider is not listed, you may still be able to connect to Xbox LIVE.

See the list below for information about connecting to Xbox LIVE with a specific Xbox LIVE Compatible ISP.
Note
Xbox LIVE Compatible providers ensure that you'll be able to access Xbox LIVE using their service and any equipment they provide.
If you are having problems and your provider is not listed below, contact your provider directly for help connecting to Xbox LIVE. You should also check our list of Compatible Home Networking Equipment for known issues.
The performance of Xbox LIVE will vary by ISP and network conditions on the Internet. Not all Internet service providers support Xbox LIVE play. Dial-up (for example, 56K), ISDN, and satellite Internet services are not supported. Depending on your service and the configuration of your home network, additional hardware may be required to connect.
