Set Up Your Connection

• If you're connecting a new router to Mediacom, you must register the MAC address of your router with Mediacom.
• If you are using a modem (direct) connection with your Xbox 360™ console, you must contact Mediacom to register the MAC address of your console.

To locate the MAC address of your Xbox 360 console:

1. Go to My Xbox in the Xbox Dashboard and select System Settings.
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Configure Network.
4. From Additional Settings, select Advanced Settings.
5. At the bottom of this screen you'll see your MAC Address. Enter this 12-digit sequence into your WAP, router, gateway, or wireless bridge to create a wireless connection to your Xbox 360 console and a connected Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter.
