Console Management

Getting Connected Errors

Hardware Problems

An Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter is connected but not configured.
Can't detect your network hardware.
Can't connect to your wireless network.

Configuration Problems

Can't connect to your network hardware using a static IP address.
Can't obtain an IP address from your router or modem.
Your DNS server can't resolve Xbox LIVE server names.
Your network does not have a sufficient MTU setting. Xbox LIVE requires a minimum MTU setting of 1364.
Your console can connect to Xbox LIVE, but your router or gateway isn't properly responding to ICMP responses.
Your NAT type is Strict [or Moderate]. People on networks with this NAT type may not be able to join certain games or hear other people while playing online.

Internet and Xbox LIVE Problems

Can't access the Internet. There may be a problem with your connection.
Your console is connected to the Internet but can't contact Xbox LIVE.
While attempting to connect to Xbox LIVE, you receive the error message: "Cannot connect to Xbox LIVE. Check storage device or Internet connection. 80150003:4294967295"
While attempting to sign in to your Xbox LIVE account on an Xbox 360 console, you receive the error message: “Some profiles could not be signed into Xbox LIVE. There may be network problems”

PC Problems

Can't connect to your PC.
Your console is not connected to a Windows Media Center PC.
Can't connect to your Windows Media Center PC.
