On June 30, 2017, the Xbox Fitness game closed. Support and content are no longer being offered.
All credits for existing players have been fulfilled – if you received a credit, make sure that you spend it before it expires on December 31, 2017.
Q. Can I still use Xbox Fitness to watch free workout videos or content I paid for?
A. All Xbox Fitness content has now been removed and is no longer available to watch.
Q. Can I still buy Xbox Fitness content?
A. No, Xbox Fitness content is no longer for sale as of June 27, 2016.
Q. When will I receive my credit?
A. All Xbox Fitness users have received credits via in-console messaging and Xbox app.
Q. Does my credit expire?
A. Yes, unused credits will expire on December 31, 2017.
Q. I received my credit, but it shows an expiration date earlier than December 31, 2017. Why is that?
A. Though the credit is valid through December 31, 2017, some customers may see a notice on their accounts stating that it’ll expire in August 2017. If you see this notice, be assured that any unspent credit will be automatically extended through December 31, 2017. No action on your part is required.
Q. How can I check the status of my credit?
A. Visit account.microsoft.com and look for “Money and gift cards” on the lower left side of the screen.
