Error 8007065b occurs when you use Xbox Live
You see the following error code when you’re using Xbox Live:
This may indicate that the Xbox Live service is down. You might also see this error after you change your gamertag, which may mean your gamertag change did not apply correctly to your account.
Solution 1: Check for Xbox Live service alerts
Check for service alerts on the Xbox Live Status page, or see if an Xbox Live service alert appears at the top of this page. If there are any service alerts, wait a while and then try again.
United States customers only: If a specific service or app is experiencing an outage, you can request SMS notification when it’s working again. Under the app or service name, click Notify me when this service or app is up and running.
Solution 2: Sign out and restart your console
Sign out of the profile that’s associated with your gamertag. Restart the console, and then try to sign in to your profile again.
If neither solution resolves the issue, contact Xbox Support.
