You see error 801613FB preceded by the following message when you use a prepaid code on your Xbox 360 console:
Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live.
This may mean that the retailer from whom you bought the card with the prepaid code has not activated it.
Note You can only redeem prepaid cards for the Xbox 360 on the Xbox 360 console. If your prepaid card is for Xbox One, you can redeem it online through a web browser instead.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Have the retailer activate the prepaid card
A retailer must activate some prepaid cards. Activation can take up to 24 hours. If the card doesn't work 24 hours after purchase, take it back to the retailer and ask them to activate it.
Solution 2: Redeem the prepaid code online
