The person who acquired this needs an active subscription.
This means that you’re trying to play a game acquired with Games with Gold, but the Xbox Live Gold subscription used to get the game has lapsed.
To resolve this problem, either renew the Xbox Live Gold subscription that was used to get the game, or purchase the game.
