You see the following error code and message when you use the microphone on the Kinect sensor:
Microphone calibration was still busy from the last time that it was run
8AC80001
This may mean that the Kinect sensor is busy.
Solution 1
If you see this message, wait 90 seconds before trying to use the sensor again.
Solution 2
If you have waited 90 seconds and the message still appears, try restarting your console.
Solution 3

If you keep experiencing this error, contact Xbox Support by clicking the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page.
Solution 5: Request a repair
If the previous solutions didn’t work, sign in to request a repair and click Start request.
