    Error 0x80BD0006 occurs when accessing features on Xbox One

    You get the following error code when you try to connect to Xbox Live or try to access some Xbox Live features on your Xbox One console:

    0x80BD0006

    This may mean your profile is corrupted.

    Solutions

    To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

    Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status

    Xbox Live Core Services: up and running
    2019-02-21T15:28:05.6028621+00:00
    Purchase and Content Usage: up and running
    2019-02-21T15:28:05.6028621+00:00
    TV, Music and Video: up and running
    2019-02-21T15:28:05.6028621+00:00
    Social and Gaming: up and running
    2019-02-21T15:28:05.6028621+00:00

    If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

    Solution 2: Remove and re-add your Gamertag profile

    To remove your profile:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. .
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Under "Account," select Remove accounts.
    5. Select the account that you want to remove.
    6. Select Remove to confirm.
    7. When you're finished, select Close.
    8. Restart your console:
      1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select Restart console.
      4. Select Yes to confirm.

    Note If you're unable to access the Guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.

    To add your profile back to the console:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. .
    2. Select Sign in.
    3. Scroll down and select Add & manage.
    4.  Select Add new.
    5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.
    6. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
    7. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and add your account to your Xbox One console.
