You see the following error code when you try to open a game or app on your Xbox One console:
87DE0003
This means Xbox was unable to find the license information from the store for this title.
Solution 1: Check the status of Xbox Live
If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:
Solution 2: Test your Internet connection
If you don't see a message confirming that your console is connected to the Internet, use the Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution to troubleshoot the problem.
Solution 3: Restart your console
Note If you're unable to access the guide or the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.
