You see the following error and message when purchasing an additional Xbox Live Gold subscription on your Xbox One console:
This may mean that you’ve purchased the maximum allowed subscription time for your account.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: You can turn on the automatic renewal feature on your current subscription to ensure there is no lapse in the subscription currently on your account. For more information, see Learn how to turn on automatic renewal for your Xbox Live Gold membership.
Solution 2: Allow your current subscription time to expire before purchasing.
