Error PBR41210 occurs when purchasing an additional subscription on your Xbox One console
You see the following error and message when purchasing an additional Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your Xbox One console:
- Error PBR41210
- Extending your subscription isn’t currently allowed for your account.
This may mean that you’ve purchased the maximum allowed subscription time for your account.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: You can turn on the automatic renewal feature on your current subscription to ensure there is no lapse in the subscription currently on your account. For more information, see Learn how to turn on automatic renewal for your Xbox Live Gold membership.
Solution 2: Allow your current subscription time to expire before purchasing.
