Error C00D1366 occurs when using the Zune software
Note As of November 15, 2015, the Zune service has been discontinued. This may cause errors when attempting to stream or download content or update the service.
You see the following error when using the Zune software:
C00D1366
This may mean that the hard drive on your computer is too full. There's no room to download an item you've requested from Zune.
Solution
Free up space on your hard drive by deleting unneeded files or programs, and then try downloading the item again. For more information about deleting content from the Zune software, see Play, add, and delete media in your Zune collection.
