How do I play Gears POP!?

Gears POP! is currently in soft launch on iOS and Android devices. Your device should meet or exceed the following requirements:

  • Android: Nexus (at least 3GB of RAM required); Android 4.4 or newer
  • iOS: iPhone 5s or higher; iOS 10 or newer

Why can’t I download the game?

The game is currently in soft launch and may not be available in your country or on your device. Follow the team on Twitter and Facebook to stay up to date on everything Gears POP!

Do I need a Microsoft account to play?

You can play Gears POP! without an account, but you’ll need to link a Microsoft account to continue progress or pick up where you left off on another device. Follow the prompts in-game to connect to Xbox Live, and either sign in with an existing account or create a new one.

If you’ve lost access to your Gears POP! account, reach out via the contact form and the Gears POP! Team will look into it. Be sure to include your account name and what kind of the device(s) you were playing.

Why haven’t I received the in-game item I paid for?

Check your order history. For Android-based devices, sign in at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. For iOS devices, sign in at www.apple.com/shop/goto/account. If the transaction isn’t listed, it may not have been purchased successfully. Also, check any other profiles that you or a family member may se because you may have purchased the items on another account.

If you still don’t see the purchase, reach out via the contact form and the Gears POP! Team will look into it. Be sure to include your account name, what kind of device(s) you're playing, and proof of purchase.

Can I migrate my account from an Apple device to an Android device or vice-versa?

Yes – make sure you’ve linked your Gears POP! account with your Microsoft account for Xbox Live, and you’ll be able to play on both Apple and Android devices with the same account.

I’m experiencing network issues or I found a bug. How do I report it?

Reach out via the contact form and the Gears POP! Team will look into it. Please share as many details as you think are relevant, including information about the device you’re using. The Gears POP! team is always working on improving the game via updates. Any bugs players find are always on its radar.

How do I leave feedback or make suggestions for future game updates?

Reach out to the team via Twitter and Facebook or send your feedback through the contact form. The team is always exploring new ideas for game modes and characters – let them know what you think!
