Error code 80153065 occurs when you download content from Xbox Live
You may see the following error code and message when you try to download content from Xbox Live:
Can’t retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later.
Status code: 80153065
This may mean that the Xbox Live account you're using to download content is a child account for which the region is set to New Zealand.
Xbox is working to ensure that people in New Zealand who are under the age of 18 cannot access “mature” content. Therefore, to access such content, the child account has to be promoted to an adult account.

Note Account age is set by the original date of birth that was selected when the account was created.
