    Error 0x803f9007 occurs when a game won't work on Xbox One or Xbox One S

    You see the following error code when you try to play a game on your Xbox One or Xbox One S console:

    0x803f9007

    This may mean one of the following:

    • The game disc isn’t in the console.
    • The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live.
    • The game trial period has expired and the game needs to be purchased.

    Solutions

    To fix this problem, try one of these solutions.

    Solution 1: Insert the game disc

    If the game is disc-based, insert the game disc into your Xbox One console.

    Solution 2: Sign in and connect to Xbox Live

    If the game was purchased and downloaded, make sure to sign in and connect to Xbox Live with the profile you used to purchase the game.

    Solution 3: Purchase the game in Microsoft Store on Xbox One

    If the game was downloaded as a trial game, the trial period has expired and the game needs to be purchased. Purchase the game in Microsoft Store on Xbox One.
