Error 0x87E105DC occurs when you try to play a game or app
You get the following error code when you try playing a game or app on your Xbox One console.
This may mean that the service that offers the game or app may be unavailable, or there may be an Xbox Live service outage.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:
Solution 2: Test your Xbox Live connection
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Go to System > Settings > Network > Network Settings.
- On the right side of the Network Settings screen, select
Test network connection.
