Troubleshoot AlloCiné on Xbox 360

Issues

AlloCiné content is not playing smoothly.

Try the solutions in Improve Xbox Live speed.

I am receiving error messages within the AlloCiné app.

If you receive error messages within the AlloCiné app, check the status of the AlloCiné service.

If there are no reported issues with the AlloCiné service, try starting the AlloCiné app again.

If you still experience errors within the AlloCiné app, please contact AlloCiné by visiting:

The AlloCiné app is not responding.

Try deleting and re-downloading the AlloCiné app.

To delete the AlloCiné app

  1. On your console, go to Settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select the location where the AlloCiné app is saved (for example, Hard Drive).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Select an item that refers to AlloCiné, and then select Delete. Select Yes to confirm.
  6. Repeat with any other items referring to AlloCiné.

Then, re-download the AlloCiné app.

To download the AlloCiné application

  1. On your console, sign in to Xbox Live.
  2. Go to Apps, and then select Apps Store.
  3. Find and select the AlloCiné app.
  4. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the AlloCiné app.

  • The AlloCiné server is not available at this time. Please try again later.
  • Solution:

    • Wait for approximately one minute, and then try to run the app again.
    • Check the status of the AlloCiné app.
    • Delete the AlloCiné app, and then download the app again.
  • The Application has encountered an unexpected error and will now exit.
  • Solution:

    • Delete the AlloCiné app, and then download the app again.
  • Data Service unavailable
  • Solution:
