If the VIVO Play app doesn’t respond to input, delete and reinstall it . Here’s how:
If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support.
You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the VIVO Play app.
An error has occurred within the application.
Sorry, the Vivo Play server isn’t available right now. Please try again later.
To resolve the error, follow these steps:
Visit the Service status webpage to check for current issues with Xbox Live or the VIVO service.
If there are no issues and you get this error message when you try to start the VIVO Play app or access content in the app, wait for about a minute and try again.
If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the VIVO Play app.
If this does not resolve your problem, contact Xbox Support.

A problem occurred when trying to play this video.
If you get one of these errors, return to the previous menu and select different content to watch.
To notify VIVO Play of the content error, call the VIVO support center at 0800 775 7529 ou 1058.
Your console Ratings system is not supported by the application. The application only supports US Ratings system. You can turn off content controls in Settings, Family.
