You see the following error code when you try to watch an MP4 video on your Xbox 360 console:
This may mean that the audio profile of that MP4 video isn’t supported by the Xbox 360 console.
This issue occurs if the audio profile of the MP4 video contains an advanced audio coding (AAC) six-channel audio stream. For videos in the H.264 format, Xbox 360 supports an audio profile that comprises AAC, two-channel, low-complexity audio streams.
To learn more about which video formats (and their corresponding audio streams) are supported by Xbox 360, see the "Supported regions, formats, and discs" section of Play DVDs on your Xbox 360 console.
