Error C101A24F occurs when making a purchase on Xbox 360
You see the following error when you try to purchase something through your Xbox 360 console:
To resolve this problem, try deleting your gamertag and clearing the cache on your console. Here’s how:
- Unplug any accessories, such as your headset, the Xbox 360 Chatpad, or the Kinect sensor, that are attached to your console.
- Delete your gamertag profile and items. For more information, see Manage gamertag & profile.
- Clear your system cache twice. See How to clear the cache on Xbox 360.
- Recover your profile. For more information, see Manage gamertag & profile.
Try your purchase again. If this solution doesn’t resolve the problem, contact Xbox Support.
