Solution
You get this error message when you install or run the MLB.TV application. Try the following:
Note MLB.TV is responsible for all issues related to content within the MLB.TV app. To contact MLB.TV, visit the MLB website's Xbox subscription page and select Help from the top right corner of the browser window.
Unrecoverable error
MLB.TV has encountered an unrecoverable error. You will now be taken back to Xbox Home.
Solution
Exit and then restart the MLB.TV app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the MLB.TV app.
Account errors

Availability error
This event is not available in your area.
Solution
You get this error when the event you want to watch is blacked out for your local broadcast area. For more information, see the Regular season local live blackout listings on MLB.com.
