Note In the status code, the "69" prefix is not used to troubleshoot the issue. You can ignore those digits.
This error may mean that the video codec or the audio codec is not supported. This means that the content may not be supported. However, this message and error code might also mean that a stream in the video file is corrupted.
Find the region code on the content packaging and verify that the region matches the region where you purchased your Xbox.
