You see one of the following error codes and messages when you connect to Xbox Live on your Xbox 360 console. You may see one of these errors when you try to download system updates, recover your profile or gamertag, or make a purchase from Xbox Live:

If you get one of these messages, it may mean there’s an issue with the Xbox Live service, or there’s a problem verifying your Xbox Live account.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.

If you're trying to download system updates or recover your profile on your Xbox 360 console, confirm that the billing and payment information for your Xbox Live account is up to date and correct, and that you’ve accepted the Xbox Live Terms of Use. Here's how:
Solution 4: If you're trying to make a purchase from Xbox Live
If you're trying to purchase something and there are no service alerts, verify that your billing information is correct. For information about how to verify your billing information, visit How to change or update Xbox Live billing account information.
If there are no service alerts and your billing information is correct, wait 48 hours and then try to purchase the content again.
