You see the following error when you try to play a song or video using the Zune software:
C00D1197
This may mean that the song or video has been moved, renamed, or deleted from your computer, or the song or video is stored on a computer or storage device that's not currently available.
If you're trying to play a song or video in your Zune collection
The song or video might have been moved, renamed, or deleted from your computer by a program other than the Zune software, such as Windows Explorer.
If the problem persists: Delete the item from your collection (right-click the item, click Delete), and then try downloading the item again.
If you're trying to play a song or video that's stored on another computer or external storage device
Verify that your computer and the computer or storage device you're trying to reach are connected to the network. (If the other computer is a server, it might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.)
If the song or video is part of a playlist that you've added to the Zune software
The song or video may not have been properly downloaded. Try downloading the song or video again.
