Solution 1: Insert the game disc
If the game is disc-based, insert the game disc into your Xbox One console.
Note This does not apply to the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, which doesn’t include an optical disc drive.
Solution 2: Sign in and connect to Xbox Live
If the game was purchased and downloaded, make sure to sign in and connect to Xbox Live with the profile you used to purchase the game.
Solution 3: Purchase the game in Microsoft Store on Xbox One
If the game was downloaded as a trial game, the trial period has expired and the game needs to be purchased. Purchase the game in Microsoft Store on Xbox One.
