Error FH203 occurs when you launch Forza Horizon 3
You get the following error code when you try to launch Forza Horizon 3:
FH203
This means that Forza Horizon 3 has detected an unsupported graphics processing unit (GPU). A GPU with Resource Binding Tier 2 is required to run this game. Some older cards may support DirectX 12 but not the features needed to run this game.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you'll need to upgrade your GPU card. To check what kind of card you have, follow these steps:
- Go to Start > Settings > System.
- On the Display tab, scroll to the bottom and select Advanced display settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Display adapter properties. The Adapter Type will display the name of the GPU, and Dedicated Memory will display the Adapter Type.
