Overview

This article describes how to resolve problems with the Gulli Replay app on Xbox 360.

The Gulli Replay app on Xbox 360 doesn't respond

If the Gulli Replay app doesn't respond to input, delete and reinstall the app:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, select Settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to Gulli Replay.
  6. Select Delete. Confirm that you want to delete the item. After you've deleted all the items related to the app, go back to the Dashboard.
  7. From the Dashboard, go to apps, and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps.
  8. Browse or search for Gulli Replay, and then select it.
  9. Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.

If the problem isn't resolved, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

You might get one of these errors when you try to view a program in the Gulli Replay app:

This error can occur if the program is not currently available. If you get this error, return to the previous menu and select a different program to watch.
