The Xbox.com My Account page uses new technology that helps you better navigate and use your account. If you can't see the My Account page, you may have to upgrade your Internet browser or operating system.
Solution 1: Make sure you're using a compatible browser
The latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer all work fine with the My Account page. If you're using one of these browsers, make sure you're using the latest version.
Note The My Account page is best viewed using the latest version of Internet Explorer.
Chrome and Firefox should automatically update to the latest version, unless you’ve disabled auto update. If you’ve disabled it, check your browser support to find out how to turn it back on.
Solution 2: Make sure you're using a supported operating system

Solution 3: Review your transactions on account.microsoft.com
If you don’t have a compatible browser or a supported operating system, don’t worry. You can also review your Xbox transactions at account.microsoft.com.
