You see the following error message when you're using a Kinect sensor on your Xbox 360 console:
Too far right
809B100D
This means that the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test.
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
On your console, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
If you keep getting the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Position the Kinect sensor correctly

Solution 3: Make sure that you have good lighting
Learn about optimal lighting for Kinect, and try the suggestions at Room lighting conditions for Kinect.
