You see the following error code and message when you try to make a purchase on your Xbox 360 console:
Sorry, this action can't be performed at this time. Please try again later.
Status code: 8015D025
This may mean that your Microsoft account has more than one payment option listed.
To resolve this problem, update your Microsoft account payment options by removing any unused options. To do this, go to Change a payment option, select Remove a payment option on the left side of the screen, and then follow the instructions.
If there's only one payment option associated with your Microsoft account, remove it using the same removal steps described above, and then re-add it by selecting Add payment option on the left side of the same screen and then following the instructions.
