Error 87E00007 occurs when starting a game or an app that is downloading
You see the following error code when you try to start a game or an app:
This may mean that an update is still being installed for the game or app you tried to start.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

Solution 2: Check for alerts in My games & apps
- Double-tap the Xbox button to go to the Home screen.
- Scroll down and select My games & apps.
- Find the title and check for an alert or a progress bar for the update.
- When the install completes, try launching the title again.
