When you play an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One console, you may experience an issue trying to start or play that game. This page lists some of the possible issues you might encounter.

Also, make sure you have the Remember my password box checked when you sign in to your account in an Xbox 360 game.
You can install Xbox 360 games to an external storage device, but in order to play these games on your Xbox One console, you need to free up to 4 GB of space on the Xbox One internal drive, with an additional 256 MB of space per Xbox 360 game that you want to use.

If you have the digital license for the Xbox 360 game and it’s available to be played on the Xbox One, the game will appear in the Ready to Install section of My games & apps.
