You may see the following error code and message when you use the Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor:
Lower body not detected
This may mean that the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test. Read this page to learn more about error message 809B100E and what you should do about it.
Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”
On your console, select More Info to see suggestions that you can use to try to fix the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
