Sky app on Xbox 360 help
I was watching content on Sky, and I was disconnected from Xbox Live.
Try the Xbox Live connect solution to help establish the connection and fix the problem.
I purchased channels or content from Sky, but I cannot see these when I load the program.

My Sky program seems to have many problems. I think it might be corrupted.
Try to delete the program and all history, and clear the cache. Here's how:
- On your console, go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings.
- Select Memory, select the storage device to which you downloaded the program and then click Select.
- Go to Browse TV & Movies and download and reinstall the Sky program.
- Clear the Xbox Live system cache.
If these steps do not resolve your problem, please contact Xbox Support.
I received my console after a repair and I can’t access Sky.
Repaired (or replaced) consoles often receive a new serial number. Since your repaired console has a new serial number, you must remove your old Xbox 360 as a Sky device (see xbox.skyplayer.com/manage) and add your repaired console.
You might also need to download and reinstall the Sky application if it’s not present on your repaired console.
If you have any problems changing or removing an Xbox 360 console from the Sky Go account, or if you have to do this more than one time in any month, please contact Sky Support by calling 08442 411 599.
When I watch Live TV channels content, I receive the following error message: Your Internet connection has slowed. You can change video quality by pressing LB/RB while watching live TV.
A slow connection can cause interruptions while watching live TV channels. You can improve streaming by lowering the video quality. To do this while watching live TV, do one of the following:
- On your controller, press the left bumper and then the right bumper. On the Video Quality settings, select a lower video quality.
- Left bumper
- Right bumper
- On your controller, press Y and then press X. On the Electronic Program Guide, select a lower video quality.

I've received the following error message: Can’t connect to the Sky Service. Error codes: 0C01/8009/0304
If you receive this error message when you install or run the Sky program, wait for approximately one minute. Then, try to install or run the program again.
If this does not resolve your problem, please contact Xbox Support.
