You see the following error code and message when you're trying to move your Xbox Live account to a new email address:
Xbox Live is unable to make this request at this time
Status code: 801540F3
This may mean that the email address that you are trying to move your Xbox Live account to already has a gamertag associated with it.
To resolve this error, follow the troubleshooting steps at Switch a gamertag to another Microsoft account.
