How to copy, move, or delete saved games, profiles, and avatar items on Xbox 360
You can copy, move, or delete content such as saved games, profiles, and avatar items between different Xbox 360 storage devices. You can then use the storage device to move your content to another Xbox 360 console.
If you're copying or moving content: Select the storage device that you want to copy or move the item or items to.
Note After you've copied or moved the content from your console to a storage device, it's okay to repeat this step but instead select Delete to delete the content.
If you're deleting content: Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Copy or move multiple items using the Transfer Content option
You can use the Transfer Content option to move multiple items between storage devices. Here's how.
The Xbox Dashboard is not available during content transfer.
If the content transfer is interrupted for any reason, the content remains on the source storage device, and you can restart the content transfer process at any time.
If you’ve purchased a new Xbox 360 console, you can use the Transfer Content option and the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Cable to move your Xbox 360 content to your new console. For more information, see Use the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Cable.
From Xbox Home, go to settings, and then select System.
Highlight the storage device that contains the content you want to transfer, and then press Y for Device Options.
Select Transfer Content.
Select the destination storage device.
Select the type of content that you want to transfer, and then select Start to begin the transfer.
