You see the following error when you try to play content on your Xbox 360 console:
62-xxxxxxxx
The “x” characters vary. For example, the error may resemble one of the following:
62-C00D28A2
62-C00DF239
This may mean that that the content is Digital Rights Management-protected and can’t be played on your console.
To resolve this issue, make sure that the content is licensed for playback on your Xbox 360 console and that the licenses are up to date. For more information, including how to refresh licenses, see Xbox 360 Digital Rights Management.
