Error PBR40195 occurs when adding a payment option from an Xbox One console
You see the following error code and message when you try to add a payment option to your Microsoft account from your Xbox One console:
This payment option is used on as many accounts as it's allowed to be. Remove it from those accounts and try again, or add a different payment option.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Remove your payment option from another one of your accounts
If you have more than one account, remove this payment option from at least one of your other accounts. Go to Change a payment option, select Remove a payment option on the left side of the screen, and then follow the instructions.
Then, try adding the payment option to the original account again by selecting Add payment option on the left side of the screen and following the instructions.

Solution 2: Try using a different payment option
Go to Update a payment option, select Update a payment option or Add payment option on the left side of the screen, and then follow the instructions.
