If you didn't install your game from the Windows Store, you can try running the game in compatibility mode. To do this:
Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
Select All apps, and then find your game in the list.
Press and hold the game tile, and then select Open file location. Alternatively, you can right-click the game tile and then select Open file location.
The executable file for the game will automatically be highlighted. Press and hold the file, and then select Troubleshoot compatibility. Alternatively, you can right-click the file and then select Troubleshoot compatibility.
