Error 80040210 occurs when you try to play a clip on your Xbox One console
You see the following error code when you play a clip on your Xbox One console:
This means that Xbox was unable to play the clip because the console lost its connection to the Xbox Live service.
Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:
Solution 2: Check and troubleshoot your network connection
If the problem persists, try the following:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Scroll to Settings and select All Settings.
- Under Network, select Network Settings, and then select Detailed network statistics.
