You see the following error when you try to play a game or open other content you’ve purchased on your Xbox One console.
This error indicates that we weren’t able to validate the licence for the title you’re trying to open.
To resolve this issue, connect to Xbox Live with the account that originally purchased the title. If you’re signed in to a different account, find out how to Switch profiles on Xbox One.
