Error 807b0193 occurs when you try to download your Xbox Live profile
You see the following error when you try to download your Xbox Live profile from the Xbox Live service.
This may mean that the Xbox Live service is temporarily down or there's a problem with your Xbox Live profile.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions. If the first solution doesn't work, go to the second solution.
Solution 1: Confirm your connection to Xbox Live
Using the links at Xbox Live: Networking to confirm that you're not experiencing connectivity problems and that the Xbox Live service isn't temporarily down.
Solution 2: Wait a few hours and try again
If the Xbox Live service is temporarily down, wait a few hours and then try to download your profile again.
To download your Xbox Live profile, see Download, move, or delete your Xbox Live profile.
If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
