Error code 8C320008 occurs when you try to use Xbox LIVE
You see the following error code and message when you use Xbox Live:
There’s a problem with Xbox Live. Please try again later
Status code: 8C320008.
This may mean that your account is locked for one of the following reasons:
- Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
- Incorrect or incomplete billing information
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Update your payment option. To update your Xbox Live payment option, see Manage your Xbox Live payment options.
If you still experience the error, try the next solution.
Solution 2: Contact Xbox Support. Use the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page to contact Xbox Support to determine why your Xbox Live account is locked.
