Tracking achievements in your game on Xbox One and Windows 10

Many games are available not only for your Xbox One, but across all Windows 10 devices. When you're signed in with your Microsoft account, your game progress saves to the cloud. So, if you're in the middle of a game on your console and are interrupted, you can pick it up on your Windows 10 PC right where you left off.

To see your achievements on Xbox One

To check your achievements progress on a game you’re currently playing, open the guide and select Achievements.

You can choose to see locked achievements that you haven’t earned yet, or achievements that you’ve already unlocked. Select any achievement for more options. Press the X button on an achievement to make it a favorite and move it to the top of the list. To see your and your friends' gamerscore leaderboard rather than the achievements for your current game, select Gamerscore leaderboard.

To display your progress while you play, select Turn achievement tracker on. Select Configure tracker to choose the location of the tracker on the screen, the number of achievements to track (up to 5), and the tracker transparency.

If you’re not currently playing a game, you can access all your achievements by opening the guide and selecting Achievements. Choose Next achievements for those you’re closest to unlocking, or Recent achievements for the ones most recently unlocked. To launch the game related to any achievement, highlight the achievement and press the X button .

To see your achievements on a Windows 10 device

To see your achievements on any Windows 10 device, select the Start button, and then open the Xbox app. Select My games from the menu, choose the game, and then select Achievements. Pick individual achievements to see a brief description about how to unlock them.

You can also open the menu within the Xbox app and select Achievements for a list of all your achievements.
