Error 8015D004 occurs when you try to sign in to Xbox Live
You see the following error code and message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live:
This action cannot be performed at this time, please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/support: 8015D004
This may mean that your Microsoft account is blocked or inactive.
To resolve this problem, verify and, if necessary, add security information to your Microsoft account.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Security.
- Choose Update Info. You may be asked to re-enter your password or allow us to send you a security code to make sure only you are making changes to your account.
- After you verify and update the security information for your Microsoft account, try to sign in to Xbox Live again.
- If you have added a phone number or email that has not been verified yet, you’ll see a link to do so now.
- If you do not have an alternate email of phone number, you’ll need to add at least one and follow the instructions. We recommend two contact methods in case one changes.
Note If you get a message that your Microsoft account is blocked, follow the instructions to unblock your account.
